PRICING
All prices on our website are shown in the currency you have selected. We will default to New Zealand dollars (NZD) and New Zealand pricings includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).
For customers outside of New Zealand any relevant custom fees, duties or sales from the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT METHOD
1. You can pay online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
PeaKnuckle has paired up with DPS to securely process and manage credit card transactions. For more information, please see the Privacy & Security Note on our site.
2. By PayPal.
This is the preferred method for international customers and is a convenient way to pay via credit card online especially if you already have a PayPal account.
3. By internet banking or bank account transfer visiting your local bank branch.
4. Layby
If you wish to pay for your garments via layby all you need to do is select to pay via Internet Banking at ‘Check Out’. You can then place your 10% deposit, or wait for an email from us detailing your layby payment options and what your 10% deposit value is. Please make sure you also send us an email at PeaKnuckle Layby to inform us that you are wishing to pay for your order via layby.
We also send you out statements so you know how much money you have left remaining on your bill.
When ordering by layby please make sure you take into account the correct sizing of your garments. Don’t forget you might not get your clothes until 12 weeks later.

Layby is only available for our New Zealand and Australian customers.
GIFT WRAPPING
If you are buying your purchases as a gift we provide gift wrapping for you for a fee of $5.00. Please select this as an option at Check Out. We will also provide an approriate card for your gift. Please write a small message for your card in the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" box at Check Out. We use beautiful white wrapping paper and tie your special gift in a organza tie.
DON'T HAVE YOUR SIZE?
Here at PeaKnuckle we believe in trying to provide what our customers want. For now we are speacailsing in size's 3 months through to 8 years of age, but if our customers like our styles and wished we sold our ranges for an age group that we do not currently supply for, please let us know and if there is enough demand we will try our hardest to meet your requirements! We want to grow as your children grow!

You will receive a calico liner with your signature cocoon couture bean bag cover. This is where you put your beans. Cut a small opening at the top corner of the bag of beans and carefully tip this into the calico liner opening. Start shaking the beans into the liner, keeping a firm hold. You can start to increase the size of the hole in the bag of beans, while pressing gently to fill the liner. Make sure you keep it securely held so as to avoid spilling. Once the bag has been carefully emptied, zip the calico liner closed and place inside the cocoon couture signature cover.
The zip opening of the cocoon couture cover has a child safety zip pull which requires you to insert a paper clip or safety pin to act as the actual zip pull. This ensures that when the cover is on, the zip remains closed and unable to be opened by children. Please remove the paper clip or safety pin from the zip slide once the cover is closed.
