Shipping & Returns



NZ Orders:   Spend $100 or more and receive FREE DELIVERY inside New Zealand, otherwise deliveries inside New Zealand are charged a low flat rate of $4.  We send all our orders within New Zealand by courier (excluding PO Boxes which will be sent via NZ Post).  We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day you place your order if the order was placed before 2pm, otherwise we will make sure your order is dispatched first thing the next morning.  Shipping times can vary, please allow 2-3 days, however you can normally expect your parcel the next working day.  Our couriers do not deliver on the weekends.


Our couriers will not leave your order unattended at your premises, however if you are happy for the courier to leave your order at your premises if no one is home, please make sure you select this option at check out.

International Orders: We have many international customers who like to take advantage of the New Zealand exchange rate.   We do not charge GST for our international orders, which means you will receive a 15% discount at 'checkout'.  Please note International Orders on only sent out 2-3 times a week.

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $10 NZD and delivery is around 3 - 8 working days.  However is your order is large, we may need to charge you a small extra fee.

Shipping to all other countries is a flat rate of $30 NZD and delivery is around 5 - 12 working days.

It is up to the customer to pay for any duties or taxes that the destination country may charge when receiving the parcel.

*For our international customers, if you order something from our site and our actual shipping costs to send your parcel is quite a bit cheaper then what we have charged you, we will refund you the difference in price.  (Only valid for Paypal customers)

 RETURNS


All returns must be placed within 12 days of the purchase date.

We really want you to love your purchases from us, so your satisfaction is the key! We believe in the quality of our products and hand check all garments before sending anything out to our customers. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed or dirty we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange - whichever the customer would prefer. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the faulty item has been caused by the customer.

However, if for any reason you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund as long as the garments are still in a brand new condition and still contain the original labels, but the customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. No refund or exchange will be arranged until we have received the returned item.  Please note that we can not refund you for any shipping costs that you may have been charged with your original order.
